PLEASE READ THE POLICY & PROCEDURES CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING BELOW! 

Policy & Procedures

Please schedule all sessions 2 to 4 weeks in advance

All hair and makeup must be done prior to the photoshoot. 

All location projects, traveling fees will be assessed. 

 

RETAINER FEE

All sessions require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee due at the time of booking to secure a date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your session or event date. The retainer fee will be applied to the total cost of your session package. In the event of a cancellation, you MUST reschedule within 48 hours of initial notice. 

ALL SESSIONS AND PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE TAX

 

LATE FEE

Let’s respect my time and yours, please be on time to your scheduled appointment.

Your session begins at the time booked, additional time due to tardiness will be assessed in 15 minute increments ($15). If there is a session directly after yours, there will not be an opportunity to extend your session.

30 minutes late $30 fee 

45 minutes late $45 fee 

1 hour late - cancellation with no refund of retainer fee

 

 

FINAL IMAGES

You will receive the number of images outlined in the package that was purchased unless previously discussed with me.

You may purchase additional edited/retouched images

Additional Basic Retouching: $15/photo

Additional High End Retouching: $30/photo

 Unedited raw images (gallery/proofs) are not included in any package!

There is a 7 to 14 business day turnaround on final images.

If you would like or need your final images sooner, a rush fee is available for $60

 

 RETOUCHING SERVICES 

Basic Retouching: 

 Exposure correction, white balance correction, basic color grading, and  image sharpening

High-End Retouching: 

Includes all that was mentioned in Basic Retouching as well as   stray/ flying hair fixing, skin spots, acne, scars, blemishes, mole removal, teeth whitening, eyes enhancement, skin smoothening and slightly body and face reshaping. Please be mindful that body and face reshaping is slightly edited and Not 100% guaranteed.

 

PRINTS

We now offer prints! 

Prints will be mailed out after selected images are edited and finalized. This process can take up to 

2 - 3 weeks.

 ALL PHOTOS ARE FINAL!!!!

Semaj Campbell Photography LLC retains copyright of all images created and will make reproductions for portfolio sample, self promotion, and professional competition.
